How to update payment information

If you need to add a form of payment or remove a credit card from your account, follow the steps below. 



Adding payment:

  • Log into your Metropolis account by going to app.metropolis.io

  • Once you’re logged in, press the menu button in the top left corner of the screen

  • Press "Payment" on the menu tab

  • Input your credit card information and press "Save"


You can save up to three credit cards in your Metropolis account and decide which one you want to use by making it your default form of payment



Removing payment: 

  1. Log into your Metropolis account by going to app.metropolis.io

  2. Once you’re logged in, press the menu button in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Press "Payment" on the menu tab

  4. Identify the credit card you would like to remove and press "Remove" below the card details

  5. Confirm removal by pressing "Yes, remove"
